PASSAGE·HOLDING

About Passage Holding

Passage Holding is a product and research company building Consequence Intelligence: making the consequences of high-stakes decisions visible before they become irreversible.

The company was founded by Heorhii Hohilauri, also known as George Gogilayri. Its first product is Capital Firewall, a pre-decision consequence analysis for startup founders and operators.

We do not predict the future. We make consequences visible.

What we work on

We study how a decision changes what can happen next: which outcomes become reachable, which effects cascade, and which commitments stop being reversible. The approach is described on the Consequence Intelligence page, including what it does not claim.

The mathematical foundation — Monte Carlo simulation and Markov modeling — is an independent research program. The founder's research record is listed on the Heorhii Hohilauri page and on ORCID. We do not claim formal academic peer review of this work.

Product

Capital Firewall maps, for one specific high-stakes decision, the assumptions it depends on, the dependencies it creates, and the points past which it can no longer be undone. The working application is the Decision Lab. It is decision support: it does not predict outcomes, it is not financial advice, and it leaves the decision with the person making it.

Stage and status

Passage Holding is at pre-seed stage. Capital Firewall is in beta with early access. The legal entity and its disclosures are in formation; this page therefore states no registration, address, or team size. Further products named in our long-term direction are not available and have no announced launch dates.
